Football Talk

I thought I would share a conversation that happen yesterday between "Big Daddy" and myself while watching the playoff game.

Big Daddy: I am glad to see that Kurt Warner got the Cardinals to the Superbowl.

Me: I thought you pretty much thought he was a traitor since leaving the Rams?

Big Daddy: No, I like him...it was his wife that I didn't care for and who caused all of the problems.

Me: Yeah, but don't you think he is kinda arrogant?

Big Daddy: How so?

Me: Well, didn't he kinda have the additude like he was the one that took the Rams to the Superbowl?

Big Daddy: He did!!

Me: Seriously? Doesn't it take the whole team? You know how the saying goes, there is no "I" in teamwork!!

Big Daddy: Yeah, but the is an "I" in win!!

NUFF SAID!!!!!!!!

♥Oh BTW, PLEASE remember to go here and leave a comment for a chance to win my 50th Post Giveaway!!♥

As my husband says - there may not be an "I" in team but there is a "me". Men and their logic.

Hey Carrie,

I'm not a big sports fan but I did watch the playoffs. I'm from AZ so it was pretty much expected. Anyway, what about Larry Fitzgerald? He's the MAN!LOL

Nuff sports talk. I think you should go back to school. It's never too late. Thanks for visiting me and your encouraging words. :-)
