I am not sure about all of you but with the economy being what it is. Not to mention the fact the being a working Mom, I need to be as organized as I can. Both to help save $$$ and to keep my sanity…LOL!! So, that is why I decided to start joining in over at The Organizing Junkie for her “Menu Planning Mondays” So, here is our menu for this week..
Monday- Cube Steaks with Gravy / Mashed Pots / Spinach-Artichoke Casserole
Tuesdays- Tacos / Spanish Rice
Wednesdays- Chili with Fixins’
Thursdays- Smothered Pork Chops / Mashed Pots / Green Been Bundles
Friday- Gumbo / Cornbread
Saturday- Vegetable Beef Soup
