Hello

Sorry, I haven't been around much lately...but I think the above pic says it all!!!!!

Please tell me that I am not the only one feeling stressed lately. I am sure with the economy being the way it is we are all feeling it's effects.

Even though my husband and I both have full-time jobs outside of the home, we are still feeling the stress of these trying times. Everyday, we both pray that we will continue to have jobs.

Not to mention, all of the other stresses I have been feeling lately. You know the ones that we as Woman, Wives and Moms all feel on a daily basis.

So with this I ask you all...what do you all do to try to relieve some of your stress? Do you all read? craft? keep a journal?

I just got a full time job after being laid off since last November. I have been so stressed but I have to say blogging has helped me forget my troubles and get lost in The pictures.

Hang in there girl! We are always struggling here since I stay at home with our son, BUT it is worth it to stay home with him. We basically live pay check to pay check with DH's check and then I get a very small amount with babysitting during the week. If I get stressed then I just work away with my signs and re-doing things around the house. It helps keep my mind off of things which is good.

Take Care!!

Lisa

I exercise and this is how I get through a lot of stress, praying helps too.

I pray alot! :) We're a one income family and it seems like worry always goes along with that too, but I'm very thankful to do it. Blogging is relaxing to me though and exercising makes me feel better (after it's over with)!

Hope you're feeling better!

I know us women seem to bare all the burden.I know I do.I haven't felt like doing much lately so I pulled myself out of that real quick,I went and bought a few things yesterday at Hobby Lobby to paint. They had all of there wood items 50% off.So thought it would be a perfect time to get started again.I haven't done any crafting in years and it is so relaxing to me and takes my mind off of everything else.Hang in there.Things will get better.Sherri

Praying, execising, and working on my redo's help me to relax and forget about things that trouble me and I always tell myself that "This too Shall Pass"!

Don't tell anyone...but I get on the eliptical machine and talk to myself. LOL! Or I talk to others who aren't there. I tell them all the things I can't say to their face! Great stress reliever and I get some exercise to boot! Keep your chin up...things WILL get better! ~~Annie

Lots of prayer and long quiet walks! Taking the time to PURPOSELY slow down and look at all the wonderful things in my life helps too. I clean when I feel stressed also. A clean house just relaxes me!

Keep your chin up!

Mandy
