Chenille, Tea Dye and Sewing Machines...Oh, My!! Part 2

OK, so I decided to go ahead and post a pic of both my Snowman ornie (or should I say my attempt of...LOL!!) and "Big Daddy's". Needless to say, one is already tea stained. And I haven't put the finising touches on them yet. But I think you can get the idea.

So, can you tell which is mine? And which one is his? I hope not...LOL!!

Like I said last night, and all of the wonderful ladies that left me a comment trying to make me feel better...practice makes perfect!! And that is exactly what I tend to do. Keep tryin'.

Actaully, I practiced a little last night...and I think I figured out what I was doing wrong. Let's just say sewing takes patience...LOTS of patience!!

Hi Carrie. I was just catching up on blog reading and read your post about your faith. We've all struggled in our faith walks. But like any loving parent, God is watching and listening. We've all wondered where He is and if He cares and most of all, why He allows such struggles. But as a parent, I've had to allow my own children to struggle in order for them to learn; He is the same.

I can identify with your situation with your husband not joining you in the faith walk, but please don't allow that to discourage you. Your walk may be the walk that tempts his curiosity eventually. Just keep plodding along. Remember, you will stand before God alone to account for your actions.

I look forward to reading about your situation as you move forward. Remember, through all things He is faithful even though He doesn't always bless our plans as we wish.
